The Carlisle in Lombard Illinois

After nearly 3 decades the Carlisle in Lombard, Illinoisis still one of Lombard’s finest banquet facilities.  The Carlisle was also recently renovated a few years back bringing it into the 21st century.  It’s ideally located off of Butterfield Road and Highland Avenue making it easily accessible for those coming from the city or from the north or south suburbs.

The menu at the Carlisle is fantastic. Over the years their fabulous cuisines have won over 10 silver platter awards. With a loyal chef of 20 years, it’s no wonder they have such great food.  We’ve eaten there several times over the past 10 years and we’ve never heard any complaints.  My favorite dish was the Slow Roasted Prime Rib.  I’d rank their menu an 8 out of 10.  Not bad!

The staff at the Carlisle in Lombard is also very accommodating.  While we worked there they were very polite and perfect hosts!  I’m not sure on their prices, but I would assume them to be somewhat competitive.  I’d highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a fine dining center in the Northwest Suburbs.
