This reception hall has always been one of our favorites to perform at. The Silver Lakes staff are some of the best in the business. After DJing for over 10 years we would still consider Silver Lakes Country Club to be one of the best. They are very accommodating and can handle anything you throw their way.
Silver Lake Banquets offers three distinct dining rooms accommodating anywhere from 50 to 500 people. If available we recommend the West Garden room. This room is absolutely beautiful. Located behind the head table are glass windows for viewing their beautiful and scenic gardens. At night their gardens come to life with their white accented lighting.
Just outside of the West Garden room they also have a beautiful Gazebo and small chapel area. This gazebo can be utilized for some great pictures. You can even have your ceremony on site if you choose to do so.
The food at Silver Lake Country Club is also top notch! After eating there nearly 20 times over the past 10 years we’ve never heard a complaint. As a wedding vendor we also appreciate that they setup a small table on the side of the room for the wedding vendors to eat.
Another little side note, in the West Garden room they will often have the DJ or Band set-up directly behind the head table. This means the DJ could be in a lot of your wedding pictures. To eliminate this problem they’ve added drapes that you can close during dinner to block off all the DJ’s equipment. So be sure to advise your entertainer to close them during dinner or you could end up with some nasty pictures.
In conclusion, the Silver Lakes Country Club gets a solid 5 out of 5 stars.

We had our wedding here, desiring a garden outdoor setting, but not wanting to have to worry about unpleasant weather this was the ideal place for our dream wedding. The staff was excellent and very accomodating. We’ve had so many comments on how wonderful the food was from our guests. As far as where to have your DJ set up, since I desired the garden view windows behind the head table I requested with the hall and our DJ to set up across from the head table on the opposite side of the dance floor rather than have the DJ or curtain block the great scenery for our guests and our pix. The grounds provided great places for some amazing pix, perfect if you are looking for the garden wedding feel.
