Schererville Wedding | Chris & Becky Ravesloot

Chris and Becky Ravesloot hosted their wedding celebration on October 14th, 2011 at the Halls of Saint George in Schererville, Indiana. These guys both desired a reception that was romantic, elegant and trendy! So as their personal entertainment director, it was our job to incorporate each of these aspects into their exciting reception.

The Halls of St. George opened the doors around 6:15pm for a time of cocktails and fellowship. During this time, Chris & Becky desired a cocktail hour filled with fun and light hearted adult contemporary music.  Chris, our groom, even asked if we could sprinkle  in a few swing dance songs as well.  Our response was absolutely!  This music selection really set a wonderful mood for the reception.  We even saw a few people snapping their fingers and singing to a few of the songs.  That’s always fun to see!  :)

Once the cocktail hour was complete, it was time to bring in our wedding party!  Chris and Becky wanted an introduction with lots of energy and excitment so they chose to bring back the Chicago Bulls Theme music.  For those of you who don’t know those songs they are “On the Run” by Pink Floyed and “Sirius” by the Alan Parsons Project.  These tracks always work wonderfully for a wedding introduction and they never get old!  If you get an opportunity, check out Chris & Becky’s Schererville Wedding Video below.
