Choosing the best wedding DJ for your reception can be a daunting and scary task! Here at Operation Getdown we like to break our booking process down into 6 easy steps.
As you already know, it all starts with your date! Please use our handy availability checker to see if your wedding date is available. If we’re open, you’ll be prompted to complete a brief questionnaire about your reception. Once complete, sit back and relax the ball is now in our court. You should hear back from us within 24 hours (although we’re usually much quicker than that). Check Your Wedding Date Now
Congratulations! We’re available for your wedding date and it’s time to setup a coffee consultation. This consultation is a great way for you to get to meet your DJ face-to-face prior to booking. During this time, we’ll talk about some specific goals and expectations you have laid out for your reception. We listen carefully and offer any suggestions that’ll help you attain those goals. It’s relaxed and it’s fun! We’ll even do our best to find a local Starbucks or Panera Bread that’s close to you. No need to waste your weekly gas money on driving to our office.
You’ve now had the opportunity to meet your DJ personally. We hope you found our time together useful and beneficial as you search for the perfect entertainment company for your wedding reception. The ball is now in your court and you have the fun job of deciding whether or not to serve it back! If you feel we’re a perfect match then it’s time to make it happen!
Yay! We’re a Match and it’s time for the music planning to begin. Your wedding reception may be months away, but it’s never too early to get a head start. Once we receive your contract, you’ll gain access to your online planning niche via our website. Please fill in as much of the information as possible and if you have any questions no worries, we’re only an email away!
The big day is only two weeks away! It’s officially time to get together and go over all the fun and exciting details for your wedding. Our goal and objective during this time will be to make sure you are comfortable and confident walking into your reception. It’s our goal to make sure we’re all pulling from the same page. You’ll walk out of this meeting feeling energized and excited in knowing your reception is going to rock!
It’s finally here! Your big day has arrived! The months of planning have finally shaped into a monumental day that you and your fiance will never forget. Your DJs will be by your side each step of the way so you can relax and spend time and energy with your new spouse, family and friends. Oh, did we also mention plenty of dancing!
