115 Bourbon Street | Merrionette Park, Illinois

115 Bourbon Street is located on 115th and Kedzie Avenue in MerrionettePark, Illinois. This large and spacious entertainment complex is home to a cajun restuarant, sports bar, night club, and performance hall.   One of the coolest things about this facility is each room inside is available for rent for any private party or dining banquet.

Whether you’re planning a bachelor or bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, or even a contemporary style wedding reception, 115 Bourbon Street can host it.  Most private events that we’ve done here have taken place in their large 6,500 square foot performance hall.  The performance hall can easily fit 600 people comfortably.   It’s equipped with a large stage, concert sound system, computerized lighting, and large video screens.  There is also a massive full stock bar that can accomodate all 600 people easily.  The event decor in each room also resembles the original Bourbon Street down in Louisianna.  It’s a fun atmosphere that anyone can enjoy!

The food at 115 Bourbon Street is also great, especially if you like food from down south!  Their menu is mostly made up of authentic cajun food, with a few exceptions.  If you like spicey food they also have a large assortment of food that’ll knock your socks off!  :)

Our experience at 115 Bourbon Street has been great. Their only flaw is it’s REALLY busy.  Since it’s a popular place you’re typically only able to rent the facilities before 9:00pm.  Be aware that by the end of your event they’ll be opening the doors to anxious bar-goers who are ready to come in.  Things can get a little hectic if you’re not out of there on time.  Just my .2 cents!
